What is included at $50 per user, per month?
You will receive a complete IT solution customized for your business. We will work with you to offer the best remote desktop service and support for all of your needs. Including: the newest version of Windows & MS Office Suite, Exchange Email, Triple Layer Security, Support for your other applications, Complete Mobile Access, and 24x7 Computer Support.
What happens when I hire a new user?
You have a 7-day grace period before you are billed for the new user(s). After 7 days we will bill you for the new users.
What happens when users are removed?
The removed user(s) will no longer access their desktop, shared files, or other systems. We will remove them from your next billing cycle and provide you a credit (pro rata) for unused time.
